The staff were affable and the breakfast was fresh made with pastry, juices plus fresh orange juice. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with lovely view from the balcony, the bed was large.

Location was convenient, staff were very good.
The room was advertised as having a balcony but it didn't have one. We had to get moved to a different room which had a small balcony, but it was still not a true balcony. The beds and pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The refridgerator was set to room temperature and couldn't be changed, meaning we couldn't store cool drinks. No tea or coffee maker. Vastly overpriced for basically a tiny room with no amenities at all.

Exceptional, luxurious hotel with responsive people and ideal location to a cafe round the corner for breakfast. Functional and large rooms with lovely view from the balcony, and very good services. Location near Opera Garnier, Tuileries, Louvre, shopping, Opera metro station, and Place Vendome. And very close to a public square.

Great different between the new and old room.Only around half of the hotel rooms were re-innovationed.

I liked the small and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. Its location is well suited to visit the best attractions in Paris. It is also surrounded by shops and restaurants and the area is a safe area to stroll around.
We found our room pleasant with very modern furnishings. However we thought that the room lighting was not adequate. We prefer to have windows that open as we could not control the room temperature. However we kept the bathroom window open. For breakfast I don't like the milk and juices to be presented in bottles as I don't think that they are very hygenic. Dispensers are more adequate and that is what are used mostly in other hotels we have been to.

The hotel is modern and stylish, and wonderfully located. The rooms are small, but comfortable with all the expected amenities (except drawer space), and the staff are helpful and accommodating.

We had a terrific stay at the Edouard VII. We had a deluxe room which was a very nice size, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a great view of the Opera house from the small terrace. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in every way and so friendly. The breakfast (included in our rate) was terrific (fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, cheeses, espresso, croissants, breads, jams, fresh orange and grapefruit juice) and on the last day the new breakfast room became available after renovations making for an even more comfortable experience. The location cannot be better for sightseeing and for shopping and is a short walk (2 1/2 blocks) from 2 different Metro stations. I want to repeat how terrific the people at the front desk were.

We liked the area, personnel, room, bar, free internet at ground floor, transport, breakfast, nespresso, almost everything regarding our stay in this hotel was perfect.
The double room with "double bed" is too small for 2 adults and one child (5 y.o) when using all the 3 the existing bedding, but bigger room was very expesnive. Since almost all people visting Paris are coming with children to visit Disneyland, rooms must be suitable for 2 adults-one child under 12 at least.

I loved the location and the balconies offered on most rooms. The decor was swanky and hip. It also had a small bistro which was great for breakfast.
The rooms and physical space of the hotel is a bit small.
